Eiger Engineering and Oilfield Services (EEOS) is committed to provide globally benchmarked inspection services for the oil and natural gas industry that meet or exceed customer expectations in a systematic and lawful manner, so as to achieve continual improvement.

This is achieved by,

  • Complying with all applicable regulatory requirements and other requirements such as relevant industry standards and any customer requirements.
  • Identifying and evaluating continuous improvement opportunities for the products and services we provide.
  • Maintaining a documented quality management system which meets the requirements of API Q2 Specification 2nd edition.
  • Setting measurable objectives for continuous improvement, including the reporting and reviewing of the performance of these objectives.
  • Providing sufficient resources to address implementation needs and reviewing the effectiveness of the quality management system.
  • Ensuring this quality policy is documented, effectively communicated, understood and applied within the organisation.
  • Taking accountability for the effectiveness of the quality management system.
  • Ensuring the integration of the quality management system requirements into the organization’s business processes.
  • Promoting the use of the process approach and risk‐based thinking.
  • Communicating the importance of effective quality management and the need for conforming to the quality management system requirements to all interested parties.
  • Ensuring that the quality management system achieves its intended results.
  • Engaging, directing and supporting persons to contribute to the effectiveness of the quality management system.
