About Us
Eiger Engineering & Oilfield Services (EEOS) was founded by two industry veterans with over 40 years of combined experience in the global oilfield sector. One is a seasoned entrepreneur from the 1980s oil boom; the other, a certified engineer with deep technical know-how in drilling operations and asset inspection. Together, they’ve built EEOS on a foundation of safety, precision, and unwavering quality standards.

Non-Destructive Testing (NDT)
Our NDT services combine UT, MPI, DPI, and VT to identify cracks, discontinuities, corrosion, and other defects that may affect equipment integrity. All inspections are performed in accordance with applicable international API, ASTM, ASME standards and industry requirements, providing reliable results and confidence in equipment safety and fitness for service.
Lifting Equipment Inspection & Certification
Inspection and certification of lifting accessories and lifting equipment, including cranes, hoists, slings, shackles, lifting beams, MEWPs, and other load-handling equipment. Inspections are carried out in accordance with applicable requirements and recognized standards, including LOLER, PUWER, and relevant industry guidelines, to verify equipment condition, safe working load, functionality, and fitness for use.
BOP & Pressure Control Equipment Services
Inspection, pressure testing, maintenance and re-certification of BOPs and pressure control equipment to verify pressure integrity, operational condition, and fitness for service. Services are carried out in accordance with applicable API standards, including API 6A, API 16A, and API 16C, supporting safe and reliable well control operations.
Rig Structure & Safety Inspections
Category I–IV inspections of Rig structures and critical equipment, including masts, substructures, drawworks, crown blocks, traveling blocks, rotary tables, and associated components. Inspections assess structural condition, mechanical integrity, and operational readiness, with detailed reporting and certification provided in accordance with applicable industry standards.
Drill Pipe & BHA Inspection
Inspection of drill pipe, HWDP, drill collars, stabilizers, jars, subs, and fishing tools to assess condition, identify defects, and verify dimensional and thread integrity. Inspection methods include EMI, MPI/LPI, Ultrasonic inspection, visual inspection, dimensional inspection & thread inspection, performed in accordance with applicable API, DS-1, and customer requirements.
Rig Safety & Dropped Object Surveys
Dropped Object Surveys for drilling and workover rigs to identify potential falling-object hazards, assess the condition and security of elevated equipment, and provide practical recommendations for risk reduction and prevention.
