It is our goal at EEOS that all of our operations will be incident-free at all times. Our primary concern is the safety of everyone on our team, as we each have a stake in the well-being of ourselves and our coworkers.

As a corporate value, EEOS strives to guarantee that our policies are implemented in accordance with local laws, cultural expectations, EEOS' internal regulations, and industry standards. As a result of this careful planning, our employees and collaborators return to their homes at the end of the day unhurt, and no harm is inflicted on the environment or the communities in which we work and live.
When it comes to our daily operations, EEOS takes safety very seriously. We constantly work on improving our processes and developing new measures in order to identify opportunities for improvement and to ensure that we work toward our main goal of zero incidents across our operations.

This policy is integral to the Eiger Engineering & Oilfield Services (EEOS) strategy. The Management Committee and Eiger Engineering & Oilfield Services (EEOS) leadership are committed to the full implementation of this HSE policy.
We believe that:
- All incidents and injuries are preventable.
- HSE is line management accountability.
- We are responsible for our own safety and that of others around us.
- Our employees and contractors are obliged to stop a job or refuse to perform it, if it cannot be performed safely.
- All HSE incidents must be reported, and learning’s taken from them.
- Our commitment to and efforts in safety will yield results.
- Acting safely is a condition of our employment and supplier contracts.
