Our services fully cover drilling equipment, with inspections focused on ensuring, defect-free materials, precise dimensional compliance, and readiness for service in high-stress drilling operations.

All inspections and tests are carried out by certified inspectors using approved NDT methods and procedures to ensure the highest level of accuracy and reliability.

Non-Destructive Testing (NDT)

Ultrasonic Testing (UT): Shear Wave UT is employed for the detection of deep-seated flaws, along with wall thickness measurements to assess material integrity.
Magnetic Particle Inspection (MPI): Used for identifying surface and slightly subsurface discontinuities in ferromagnetic materials.
Dye Penetrant Inspection (DPI): Applied to detect surface-breaking cracks in non-ferrous components.
Visual Inspection (VT): Assessment of drilling tools, hoisting and handling equipment, and structural components to identify visible damage, thread wear, deformation, corrosion, or manufacturing defects.

All NDT activities are performed in accordance with ASTM E709, ASTM E797, ASTM E165, API RP 7G-2, and relevant EEOS Standard Operating Procedures.
